  • Twice a month, 50 minutes per session for 6 months (total of 12 visits)
  • E-mail support between sessions
  • Easy to prepare recipes that are healthy
  • Step-by-step support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes you want to achieve your weight loss goals
  • Simple but informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge
  • In each of our sessions, I will work with you step-by-step, supporting you on ways that will move you towards
    your weight loss, health and life goals. I will find out a lot of information about you, answer all of your questions, and give you information and the tools needed to move forward.
